Welcome to Meshopolis.com, an e-commerce and business networking web portal that allows you to create your online Virtual Store in order to trade goods and services with other users. Before you become a member of Meshopolis, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Agreement and Privacy Policy, you should leave the Site and discontinue from using of the services.

This Agreement states the right, responsibilities, obligations and restrictions for you to use the services of the Site. It’s important that you check with this Agreement from time to time to ensure you are updated on the latest changes.

This Agreement shall remain in full effect while you use the Services or are a member. You can terminate the membership at any time for any reason. While you are a member of Meshopolis, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user password. You agree to notify Meshopolis immediately, if you are aware or suspicious of any unauthorized use of your account or password. You will be responsible for any use and maintenance of your account.

Please be careful about the information or image files you post on Meshopolis. Meshopolis assumes no responsibility or liability for the material that may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit content. If you are aware of misuse of the Meshopolis Services by any person at any time, please contact Meshopolis immediately. In its sole discretion, Meshopolis reserves the right to remove, reject, refuse any posting by users and members, or suspend, or terminate their access to any of the Services at any time, for any or no reason without prior notice.

Unauthorized use of any content or link in connection with any commercial activities without granting approval from Meshopolis is prohibited, including collecting usernames, email addresses, product content of users or members. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from the content or member profiles without notice. Legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Meshopolis services.

Meshopolis does not own any rights in the text, file, images, photo, video, or any other materials that users post to the Meshopolis. Users or members continue retain all ownership rights to their posted content in any way they prefer. You represent and warrant that the posted content does not violet the privacy rights, copyrights, publicity right or any other rights of any person or company. Meshopolis Services contain content of users, members and other licensors, that you may not copy, duplicate, modify, translate, publish, display or sell any content through the Meshopolis service, unless authorized by the Site.

Meshopolis may delete any content that violates this Agreement or that may be illegal, offensive, threaten, harm, or impolite to any person. If at any time Meshopolis chooses to monitor for inappropriate content or conduct, Meshopolis assumes no obligation to remove any inappropriate content or conduct and no responsibility for the users posting any such content.

You are solely responsible for the content that you post on any of the Meshopolis Services, and any information that you sent to other members or users. Meshopolis does not have any control over the content and the content is not necessary reviewed by the Site before posting and does not reflect the opinions of Meshopolis.

• Criminal activities, illegal weapons
• Items with prices that are not "real"

You agree that Meshopolis shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damage, including loss of profiles, data or other losses resulting from the use of Meshopolis services.

You agree to hold Meshopolis and its affiliates, partners, employees, harmless from any loss, damage or claim made by any third party due to your misuse or violation of this Agreement; and from using Meshopolis services, or any content that you post on the Site causing Meshopolis to be liable to another.   

Your use of Meshopolis is at your own risk and responsibility. Meshopolis is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site by users or members. Meshopolis disclaims all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, any warranties of titles, merchantability, data, materials, contents, products, services on Meshopolis or in connection with the Site. Meshopolis.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, Internet systems, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet resulting from participation in connection with the Meshopolis Services.

Meshopolis shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, consequential from use of the Meshopolis services, any content posted on Meshopolis, or the online or offline activities of any users of the Meshopolis Services.

Meshopolis.com provides an electronic web-based E-commerce platform for trading goods and service and exchanging information between buyers and sellers. Meshopolis does not represent sellers nor buyers in any business transactions. Meshopolis.com is the E-commerce platform provider that does not control any trading activities on the Site and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on Meshopolis.  

Users should be made aware that there may be potential risks of dealing with sellers or buyers acting under false pretences. Meshopolis E-commerce Platform provides several safety rules and utilizes web-security technology to verify the accuracy of the information users provide. However, Meshopolis cannot and does not confirm each user's purported identity. The Meshopolis management team encourages users to use common sense and to evaluate with whom you are dealing.

Each user acknowledges that he or she is fully aware of the risks of purchase and sale transactions when using the Meshopolis Services, and such risks shall include, but are not limited to, misrepresentation of products and services, fraudulent, unsatisfactory quality, failure to meet descriptions or specifications, defective products, delay or default in delivery or payment, cost and price miscalculations, breach of warranty and contract, and transportation accidents. The User agrees that Meshopolis shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damages that may arise resulting of or in connection with any Transaction Risks.
