Meshopolis is a marketplace for merchants to sell their products. So you are buying from each individual store in Meshopolis. You may find a wide variety of items sold here - anything from books and magazines, consumer electronics, sports and fitness, to kids and baby. You start by searching for the product of your interest. Once located from the merchant’s e-store, you can add the item to your shopping cart. And when you are done with shopping, you can proceed with checkout to select your preferred shipping and payment methods. A confirmation email will be sent to you for your record of purchase.

There are 4 steps involved. 1. Shipping info and address update 2. Billing Info and payment selection 3. Order summary 4. Done. If you are paying by Paypal, the site will be redirected to Paypal payment page. After payment is done, you will be taken back to Meshopolis where you can shop again.

Paypal offers various payment methods such as bank account transfer, Visa, Master Card, and American Express, etc. You can enjoy privacy when making payments if you have a Paypal account as your financial information is stored with Paypal and will not be disclosed to merchants.

Merchant Management System

Each merchant’s store is owned and operated independently, so for example, store A’s shopping cart is different from store B, meaning that you cannot put items from different stores into one single shopping cart. Therefore, you have to check out items from each store separately.

Shipping rate is determined by product weight, packaging dimensions, and shipping destinations. Each merchant may charge differently depending on where each merchant is located and if they charge handling as part of the shipping fee. However, all fees will be shown prior to payment collection, so you can see exactly how much you need to pay.
